I think James Adams BROWN (No.35), who was born in 1847 in Cowlinge, Suffolk, England, was my great grandfather. My uncle was Bruce Waller Pomfrett Lawrence and I always wondered where the names Waller and Pomfrett came from. Do you have any other information on James Adams Brown so I can confirm he is in fact my ancester. If so, please email me and, once I have confirmed this, I can send you the information I have on him and his family.

My gf was a Joseph Mosey born 1880 in Leeds Union Infirmary [work house]. I believe him to have been illegitamate and know he later used the name of John. He married Louisa Caywood also from Leeds.

It is obvious you have done a lot research of the Mosey line. Is it possible you have any earlier information of this Mosey or his kin, as I have come to a halt, but would like to know more.

I would be greatful of any information you may have, Best regards Wendy Cooper

My Grandfather is Thomas Mosey (known as Tommy, married Francis Meadows and had 2 boys) one of 4 boys I beleive, I only knew one of his brothers, William (known as both Billy and Bill and married to Joan with 4 boys) They were born in Newcastle Upon Tyne, my Grandad in 1911, not sure of the others, but I beleive my Grandad was the eldest.
I would love to hear from anyone who beleives they may be part of the family tree. I am sure I can extract more info from my Dad (Peter Mosey, married to Heather Whittaker with one son, Derrick and one daughter, Nichola and his elder brother John, married to Rosa, with 4 sons, John, Tony, David and Keith) and could maybe help. I do remember my Grandad telling me of London connections when he was a child. I am sure I could find out more.
My 14 year old son, Cory Mosey, is now trying to link family members together to build a history, so I would appreciate if anyone can help us also.
